Jackson!! is a short comic about a young man on the threshold of sanity. He’s brash, reckless, and acts before thinking too often for his own good. Can some of his fellow students save him from himself?

Or will he harm some of them in the process?

Characters featured here (2/2):

Jackson (top) - Quiet in a scary sort of way, but appears to feel normal most of the time. When he loses control, few people want to be in his vicinity.

Joe/”Big 11” (left) - Got called “Big 11” for scoring 11 points in a basketball game by himself, and teased for having large feet. He’s Jackson’s neighbor, and thinks Jackson is a loose cannon.

Riley (middle) - A couple years older than Jackson, he turned Jackson onto drugs. Most of the time, he’s level-headed, but dealing with Jackson makes him pissed off.

Brandon (right) - Jackson’s younger brother. He’s timid, but not a bad kid. Most of the time, he thinks pretty highly of his brother, but recognizes there’s something the matter with him.

Okay so enough of just pictures! Real talk about my comic.

Jackson!! is a short comic about a young man on the threshold of sanity. He’s brash, reckless, and acts before thinking too often for his own good. Can some of his fellow students save him from himself?

Characters featured here:

Jackson (top, middle) - The protagonist. Somewhat of a chain smoker with a chip on his shoulder. Prone to losing control and getting violent.

Lynda (bottom left) - Jackson’s classmate and old acquaintance. She’s Sarah’s best friend, and tries to warn her away from being friends with Jackson, much to no avail.

Sarah (bottom right)- A girl who’s liked Jackson for some time, but even though she tries to get him to open up, she often fails. At some point, she also gets scared of him.

I’d appreciate if my buds would give me some feedback, or just reblog this. Although it’s a small project, it’s also a challenge to myself. More info soon!
